School Prayer

Merciful Father,
Who sees all the secrets of our hearts, Who art the aid of all that need and the help of all who flee to Thee for succour, we most humbly beseech Thee to strengthen with Thy Holy Spirit those who teach and those who are taught in this School.
Grant that we may daily grow in purity, charity, self-denial, and humility, and that manfully following in the steps of our most blessed Saviour, we may come at length to Thine everlasting kingdom through Jesus Christ our Lord.

School Song

A song to the praise of our School let us sing
With hearts all a-tune and with voices that ring,
For afar through the land in the years that are gone,
The light of her glory undimmed ever shone.

In the class, in the team,
Let her fame be supreme,
Let us add to her story
Some new deed of glory,
Let us strive for her honour again and again.

If "power lies in knowledge" let each seek to gain
The knowledge that brings us the keen eye and brain,
The knowledge that frees us from ignorant fears,
That fits us to face life in on-coming years.

Though rivals be strong and though oft they prevail,
Let us strive to the end, let our hearts never quail,
In the end we will conquer, our flag he unfurled,
To float in proud triumph before all the world.
